The children have loved being with their cousins and Nana and Grandpa!  Today, the girls went to see Annie, and the boys saw Night at the Museum.

Lucy got her first taste of duck today, and she loved it!  She was retrieving ducks so well!

Duck hunting with the Murphys

Charlie and Dad went duck hunting this morning with the Murphys.  It was a great morning, and the ducks cooperated.  Charlie had a good time with and Mills.  We tried to get Charlie's first duck, but he was unable to see well enough to shoot out of the blind - we'll have to remedy that.

Ella and Olivia spent the night with us tonight, and we had so much fun!

The boys went deer hunting this afternoon.  On the way home, they stopped by downtown Yazoo City to enjoy the Christmas lights.

Christmas dinner

The Eisenhauers came into town this afternoon, and we all ate dinner together tonight.

Nana and Grandpa came over to watch the children open their presents and eat Christmas breakfast with us.

Opening presents

Charlie found the pickle, so he got the first present.  It was just what he wanted - his deer!  He was so excited!  Jane Gray's favorite was Taylor Swift concert tickets.  She was so surprised and thrilled that she was getting to go with Sayley, Liddy, Aubrey Taylor, and Betsy Lindsey!  Meg got the American Girl doll that she asked Santa for - Isabelle.  The children had a wonderful Christmas!
