Possible Last Swim Meet

 

We may have participated in our last swim meet today - a little bitter-sweet (but mostly sweet).  Once upon a time, the Barbours were the middle of it all on River Hills' swim team, but this year, Meg made two meets and this was Charlie's only meet.  In all, it was a successful day and fun was had.

Prep cheer camp

Meg and her friends Elle, Millie, and Morgan went to Prep cheer camp this week.  The girls had so much fun and put on a really great pep rally today.  Meg also received an award for having a "great attitude."

Charlie's 12th birthday

Charlie was thrilled to wake up to find his buck mounted!  Like his daddy, he also received a 12-gauge gun for his 12th birthday.  For lunch, the whole family ate hibachi, the birthday boy's request.

Summer Cousin Fun

It's always fun having the Eisenhauer cousins in during the summer.

Girls' Night Out at Cinderella

 The girls had a great time at Cinderella.

Thunder's Final Practice

The Thunder went inside for a final practice and finished with a cookie cake birthday celebration for Charlie and John Woods.  And the ride home was fairly interesting as well.

Father's Day

Dad had a perfect Father's Day with the family and trip to Yazoo City for outdoors fun.  Charlie received some fishing lessons from Paul Rivers (and from Dad who allegedly caught Charlie's fish).

Meg's Summer Fun

Meg has many activities, parties, sports and fun to attend during the summer - it's hard keeping up.

BSA Summer Camp at Hood

 

Charlie disappeared for the week for Summer Camp with the Boy Scouts.  He had a great time and earned several badges on his march toward Eagle.
