Fall Beach Trip to Perdido

It was a great weekend at Maison's new place on the beach.  We are ready to go back.

Prep 8th Grade Basketball

 Charlie's 8th grade team.  (Dad had a few more things to say about this, but Mom wouldn't let him.)

Halloween

It was a change in pace Halloween for us this year as kids did different things and we ate dinner - but still a good night.

 

First Prep Basketball Game v. CCS

Charlie had a good start to 8th grade basketball with a win over CCS including two clutch free throws late to clinch victory.  

Saints v. Cardinals

It was a great way to end a great trip with a Saints win.  On the way in, we were able to wrangle fantastic seats from Reed Hogan and avoid the nose-bleeds.

New Orleans Fishing

What an awesome trip for Charlie and Dad!  A group of 8th graders and their dads went south of New Orleans to fish and see a Saints game.  40+ people was quite the crew.  Coming in on the back side of a tropical storm made for not optimal weather of cold and windy, but we were able to catch some fish and have a great time.
