Marsha and Haley invited all the cousins to the Governor's annual Easter egg hunt at the Governor's Mansion. The kids were so excited about seeing the "real, live Easter bunny." But, Meg was terrified of him; she literally started shaking and clinging to Daddy when he came near her. Jane Gray and Charlie loved him, and they also loved the live chicks and bunnies (which we didn't let Meg touch after she chunked a chick by the neck while Lisa Patti was taking our Easter pictures), Easter egg hunt, and Inky the Clown. Inky made Jane Gray a flower and Charlie a sword (which he used to fight Jay Atkinson's son, Hap). The kids had a great time!
