Olivia's baptism

After we picked Jane Gray up from camp, we headed straight to St. Louis for Olivia's baptism. Uncle Tony and Aunt Stacy graciously asked Daddy to be Olivia's godfather; Daddy was thrilled! On the way to St. Louis, we stopped to let the children stretch their legs. This lead to a game of tag, and, boy is Charlie fast! He didn't stay "it" very long! We arrived in St. Louis just in time for the swimming party at Olivia's godmother's (Tony's sister Kim's) house. The kids skipped dinner and headed straight for the pool! Meg and Ella were so cute together - they loved holding hands and playing ring around the rosy. After dinner and lots of swimming, the kids took a bath, and then we went to the hotel and went straight to bed! We were exhausted! The next morning, we ate breakfast with Tony, Stacy, Nana, and the Eisenhauer girls. After breakfast, we packed up and headed to the church. It was a sweet service, and Daddy performed his role admirably. We took lots of pictures, including a sweet picture of Mommy and Daddy with their godchildren. After the baptism, we left the church and headed home. Nana rode with us, and it was a great trip. The big kids sat in the back with lots of movies, and Nana entertained Meg in the middle row. We arrived in Jackson at 10:00, just in time for bed. It was a short, but fun, trip!
