Jane Gray's turkey

Jane Gray's class did a family project this week - each family decorated a turkey and discussed the ways God blessed them this year. Jane Gray's turkey was donned with lots and lots of pink feathers. She also colored its face and put a yellow star sticker on its eye. It turned out very cute! We discussed our blessings last night over dinner. Jane Gray thanked God for her Mommy and Daddy, and Daddy was thankful for our three healthy children. Charlie thanked God for his new house, and Mommy was thankful for Jesus loving us first (that was the verse the children learned tonight at churchtime). Sweet Meg was thankful most of all for Laurie and Ella Bella.
