This morning, Daddy took Jane Gray and Charlie on their inauguaral rabbit hunt in Louise. We enjoyed the snow that remained on the ground and doing a few odd jobs before the folks with the rabbit dogs arrived. Early on, several rabbits showed themselves but were too far away or between us and Uncle Will so it took a while for us to get our first and shortly thereafter second rabbit. The kids had a blast and proclaimed that rabbit hunting was way better than duck hunting. We had to rush away for other activities and were not able to stay too long, but it was just right.

Rabbit hunting
