We spent Friday at the Audubon Zoo. It was an amazing zoo! Jane Gray loved the petting zoo - she charmed the goats and sheep. Charlie, on the other hand, got pecked by a rooster. It was not his favorite part of the zoo! Meg's favorite was the sea lion show. The sea lions were so cute! She also loved the elephants; she kept calling them "Baby Dumbo." Charlie, of course, loved the reptiles. The komodo dragon was really interesting, and Charlie loved the snakes and alligators, too. We also got to watch the zookeepers feed the gorillas - the big male gorilla would catch the food and gobble it up! After we had been to every part of the zoo, Daddy called to say he was on the way to meet us, so we dragged him all over the zoo to show him our favorites. Our feet were killing us by the end of the day!
