Aunt Fair and Mommy took Jane Gray and Liddy and some of their friends (Aubrey, Aubrey Scott, Sayley, Avery, and Rebecca) to the fair today. Daddy met us there for some guy time with Charlie. Meg hung out with the big girls until the bitter end, when Mommy let her ride some of the younger rides with Owen and Bea. The big hit for the big girls was the water ride. They rode it over and over and over again. They were so cute huddled together in the ride. Meg loved all of the rides, but her favorite was probably the swings. She looked so little that high up in the air on the swing, and she held her arms up with sheer joy. She is fearless! Charlie and Daddy loved the giant slide. They raced, and Daddy won again this year. One day, Charlie is going to catch him!
