Jane Gray Skiing
The McCraneys taught Jane Gray to ski today - she apparently took to it very quickly and got up on only her third try.

Meg and Friends
Spend the night parties, boating on the Rez, biking in the neighborhood, and pre-Field Day parties - Meg loves her friends!
Greenwood Debutante Parties
We took Jane Gray to Greenwood this weekend to serve as a page for the Delta Debutantes. She and several of her Camp DeSoto friends enjoyed a garden party and a wedding-like receiving line where they greeted guests, a pool party at the Greenwood Country Club Friday night that we helped host, and a boots and burgers party on Saturday.

Kids at Work Day
While Laura and Jane Gray were away, Dad enjoyed having Meg and Charlie at work. We of course went to Chick-fil-A and Smith Park to remember the old days.
New Orleans, Wicked and the Lindseys
Jane Gray and I picked the Lindsey girls up in St. Francesville and headed to Nola to see Wicked. Despite some heavy Baton Rouge traffic, we made it in time to buy some snacks and find our seats. The show was WONDERFUL, and we had a great time! We made it back to St. Francesville very late and enjoyed a lazy morning and yummy lunch the next day before we headed home.

Last Day of FPDS
Charlie and Meg enjoyed end of the year parties at FPDS today. Charlie loved that he finally caught up to his teacher in height. He and Meg both had a wonderful year with sweet friends and teachers! After their parties, their friends and they enjoyed Chick-fil-a and the Ole Miss baseball game. I offered to take the girls to River Hills, but they opted to stay at home with the boys.

Blue Dolphins are season champs!
The Blue Dolphins won the regular season title and played tonight in the tournament finals. Meg hit a home run to tie the game, but because it was so late and we had already played six innings, we decided to end the game in a tie. The girls didn't seem to mind because they had already beaten that team, and they received a cool pink trophy.
