Beach trip

We spent the 4th of July week in Destin with the Stowe side of the family. We had a great time! Some of the highlights include: playing with our cousins, holding and feeding baby Olivia (one of us always wanted to hold her), going sand crabbing twice (once with "just us chickens," as Daddy likes to say, and once with Walker and Reece), catching some "water crabs" (i.e. blue crabs in the ocean), boogy-boarding, swimming in the pool and ocean, chasing seagulls, playing in the sand and building sand castles, finding a hermit crab, feeding the alligators at Fudpucker's, eating out at the Back Porch and a late night at Waffle House (Charlie couldn't figure out why it wasn't made out of waffles!), watching the fireworks on the beach, parading around the pool in a Fourth of July parade, fishing for minnows in the tide, and flying kites on the beach.
