When the Polar Express finally arrived, the children were so excited! The elf punched stars in our tickets, and we boarded the train. In the top picture, you can see where we rode - the Dome Car. We were so high, we could see far in front of the train - we were the first to see the North Pole! Charlie was thrilled that Santa waved to him! After a visit with Santa (he talked to Jane Gray for a long time and even hugged Meg), the elves served us chocolate milk and cookies. They also gave us a key to the train and an ornament for our Christmas tree. After lots of Christmas carol singing, we arrived back at the Train Depot. It was a magical trip!
