It's little sister's turn to go to camp. Meg is spending the week at Twin Lakes at their last overnight camp of the summer. She, Elle, and Helen went together. Meg was SO excited! When we pulled up to the gate, Meg asked if Mom wanted her to jump out and take a picture at the Twin Lakes sign (like brother and sister did at Alpine and Desoto). Mom said, "of course!" Some of our sweet friends from Hattiesburg, the Montgomerys, were behind us; they honked and waved when they saw us. It was a fun way to enter camp! We found our way to Lakeside 1 and unpacked Meg's things. She was so excited to meet her counselors, Margaret and Phaedra, and the other girls in her cabin. She knew several from Summer Showoffs. Mom may have lingered a little too long because Meg asked me twice when I was leaving! I think Meg is going to love camp!
