After church, we packed a picnic lunch and headed to the Nichols-Boyd pumpkin patch. It was a beautiful, sunny day, and we were blessed to have Cousin Laurie with us. We sat at the front of the hayride and got up close and personal with some goats, cows, donkeys, and a zedonk. The kids loved picking out their own pumpkins. Our only instruction to them was to pick out one they could carry! There were six of us, so six pumpkins! We've got a lot of carving to do.
