We had two of Mommy's childhood friends, Caroline Hollowell and Susan Weir, and their families over for dinner. The children got along so well! John Woods Hollowell is in Charlie's class this year, and Lucy Weir was in Charlie's class last year. Embry Hollowell is in Jane Gray's 2nd grade class, and Kathryn Weir and Jane Gray have lots of FPDS friends in common. Meg did not have a buddy her age, but the big kids did not seem to mind her tagging along.

Old and new friends
We had two of Mommy's childhood friends, Caroline Hollowell and Susan Weir, and their families over for dinner. The children got along so well!
