Today we went to the Locust Grove Berry Farm to pick blueberries. Jane Gray and Charlie each got a basket and filled it to the brim with fresh, plump blueberries. We were instructed not to pick the red berries because they weren't ripe yet. Jane Gray kept saying they were "sick." The blueberry picking facilitated a neat discussion on God and his awesome creation. Charlie wanted to know who made the blueberries. Jane Gray replied: "God. He made everything." The children had a lot of fun, and Charlie will love eating the blueberries (Jane Gray isn't a fan).
