Wednesday, July 2nd was a big day for Jane Gray. Alice Ann invited her to go swimming at her grandmother's house. The girls had a blast, swimming all over the pool and trying to catch butterflies. Charlie and Eliza hung out together - they are snacking on peanut butter crackers in this picture. Meg slept most of the time. When she was awake, she was harassed by Jetson. She didn't seem to mind too much, though. After swimming, we met up with the Hurst girls at Malco. They saw the American Girl Movie, Kit Kittredge, with Mimi (Paul's mom) and Fair. The girls loved the movie. Pop came over before we went to church, and Charlie and the moviegoers were thrilled to see him, as always.
