We love going to the Blossoms and Sheppards' Christmas party! The dress is Cousin Eddie casual. This year, Daddy wore a piece of carpet attached to his head in honor of Clark W. Griswold's line to Cousin Eddie when he appeared on their doorstep for Christmas: "I wouldn't be more surprised if I woke up and my head was sewn to the carpet." The kids sang "Happy Birthday" to Jesus and ate cupcakes. They ran all over the house and yard and got to ride on a hayride around the neighborhood. It was a great party!
