We hosted the Hazelwood Christmas party this year. It was Meg's first (at least, the first she didn't nap through) and Betsy Baird's last before she goes to Ole Miss. We took a group picture this year for the first time. Several families were out of town or sick, but it was a fun party! This has been a difficult year for our street with several serious illnesses and the death of Mr. Good Night, as the children call Mr. McKnight, so it meant a lot for us to celebrate Christmas together. After the party, we were exhausted, so we stretched out by the fire and watched The Wizard of Oz. Meg was so funny imitating her big sister - notice her crossed legs in the last picture.
